        My Mum lived at Pool Cottage for a year, sadly her health deteriorated and she had to move to a Nursing home. Pool Cottage management and staff gave her an excellent year. The care and love they gave to my mum was exceptional. She experienced so many lovely activities, singing, going for walks around the Pool. Having lovely cakes at the Tea rooms, cuddling pet rabbits as well as making them for Easter. My family and I always had a warm welcome from Emma and Matt and all their staff a cup of tea was always offered. Thank you so much for going above and beyond

        My Mother-in-law recently stayed for one week at Pool Cottage, whilst we were on holiday. She thoroughly enjoyed her stay there; the staff were all very pleasant and caring, the food was very good and she was made to feel very welcome. Her room was lovely, overlooking the gardens and the Pool. She went home very happy and is considering going to live there on a permanent basis. Thank you to Emma and all the staff.
