They still insist that only one customer is allowed in the pharmacy at any one time, despite there being 3-5 staff behind the counter. The guy in charge is rude and arrogant. I get in the car and go to Tesco in Royston now instead of walking around the corner to this place.

Sanctimonious attitude. I went in with a prescription for toothpaste an hour before closing and was told I would need to come back the following day. They are just very inefficient. Not the first time I have found them like this. Save yourself a journey and use Tesco Pharmacy instead it will be quicker and they are more likely to have what you need. Lesson learnt I won't be back.

The pharmacist has always been super helpful for me and my son. He is very informative and polite. People always moan about this pharmacy but can honestly say I've never had an issue. They are busy and doing there best for a ever expanding village.
