        So, the dispensary now has different opening times to those shown on this website. I went there at 11.50am, only to find it closed. What a waste of my time! For goodness sake, update this website!

        Overstretched, often unavailable. Prefer patients to go sit in A and E and waste NHS time and money.

        Impossible to get hold off. Even if you phone at 830. Phone rings and rings then eventually cuts off. Had to call 111, they said they booked me a telephone appointment with them but they still didn't call back. However if you do manage to go in the staff are always friendly and helpful. Not sure whats going on but something isnt working.

        Wow! I wish I would have read the comments before, the woman on the counter was so disinterested. Sort out your app forms in the website as they dont work!!! I will never attend this surgery again and I WILL tell others to avoid it. No care in me struggling to breathe at all. 100% unprofessional. What do we pay takes for, to be spoken to with no respect or care at all.

        I just had to say how incredibly kind the lady on reception had been today. I explained my situation and that I have been on chemotherapy for over a year and she went to speak to the doctors even though they had no appointments left and were so busy, then she called me back and was so kind. Thank you very very much for going out of your way to help. Xxxx
