        Absolutely dissapointed with the products and aftermarket service of this company. I bought them on December/2022 two Micrompump pumps for Domino printers and what they sent to me were two MADE IN CHINA pump heads with original Micropump motors. Someone removed the originals Micropump pump heads and replaced them with Chinese pump heads besides, the serial number labels from delivered pump heads was removed. In once of them the pump head was bad fitted. Fittings are not the original ones and "Warranty void" original labels who seal motor and pump head was removed and replaced for other ones not originals at all. I know perfectly this product since Ive been a Domino service engineer for 10 years and more than 20 years working in CIJ market. Ive tried to fix the issue with them but what they offered to me were to collect the fake pump heads, send them to the original supplier and once there the original supplier would resolve if the pump heads is original or not (??). Total mess. Up to date I have two fake pump heads and no solution by the side of Sellenis. Ill take legal actions against them.Think twice before purchase them any part or whatever.
