        Highly recommended company. I bought two locks, and needed a spare part as one of the parts was missing from one of the locks. Reached out to customer services and within 24 hours I had this spare part free of charge. Couldn't recommend more highly excellent. Thank you!

I asked Michelle if they could provide replacement support bar and surface strike for one of their locks and they quickly sourced the parts and are sending them without charge.
