        I have never written a poor review before but the staff should know the impact of their exchange with me. It was my first time visiting after a family friend recommended. I went in for a gel manicure and take off. The gel took a while to come off as it was from a different salon but thats fine, these things happen. The colour selection wasnt great especially when charging London prices but all ok and the therapist was very nice. At the end of my treatment I walked over to pay and the lady behind the till said did it take longer as your gel wasnt from here? I said yes but thats ok, thinking she was checking on my experience and happiness with the treatment. She then said well next time please inform us if the gel isnt from here as your treatment was meant to be 30 minutes. I paid and left. Until that moment I may have gone back, needless to say I wont now. * to clarify I booked online and there was nowhere to prompt me to disclose my gels were not from Esse. FYI This isnt something you could charge extra for. I booked gel manicure with removal and that was the treatment I came in for. Service: Manicure

        Ease has a nice vibe but the treatment wasnt as described. I went for Aromatherapy Associates Inner Strength & Resilience. It was described as: This is a truly nurturing treatment to fortify and strengthen the mind and body through difficult times. Focus the mind and breathe deeply whilst warm, rich products are applied soothingly during this emotionally strengthening treatment. Starting with guided inhalation, followed by massage focusing on the back, scalp, arms, legs and feet, finishing with a nourishing facial. The therapist didnt talk me through what I was inhaling or what she was doing and completely missed out the nourishing facial. Although I was relaxed the foot massage was not of a tickle and it felt she wanted to get home as she appeared to have a cold and I must have been the last client of that evening. Not impressed and felt disappointed Service: Massage
