I should of put this on last year me and my father in law stayed here for 10 weeks due to working in okehampton. Between July and September. Where do I start, the two bedroom apartment we stayed in was unbelievable and all self built by the head of the house Michael a fantastic man so friendly and kind will help you with anything. The breakfasts were beautiful all as fresh as it comes eggs laid that morning, from all the chickens they have, it was clean and very comfortable. Walk in shower , double bed in one room and two single beds in the other with a fully equipped kitchen sofa and dining table with tv and DVD player. So quiet day and night the garden is massive and very well kept I can honestly say it's the most beautiful place I've ever stayed and I've worked all over Britain with my job for 14 years. it's so laid back, and the locals are so friendly. And I have to give a special mention to the lady of the house Julie , she is a wonderful woman running the house and seperate apartment and two part time jobs not to mention looking after all her favourite ducks and ducklings, and I haven't forgot which animal is your favourite Julie - (the donkey) haha. I'm even talking to my fiance for us to sort out a visit for a few days in the summer. Given we live up north and it takes about 7 hours by car you can see nice it is. Don't stay anywhere else. Really this is your place X
