I started with James back in September when I felt I needed to loose some weight and get stronger to improve my riding as I compete in dressage. My diet was poor eating all the wrong things. Since seeing James, he's totally changed the way I eat, now eating much more healthy foods and I have lost a stone which I am so pleased with. My riding has improved a lot as my strength has improved, I feel so much stronger in the saddle and a few people have commented on how much better I look which makes me feel good. I highly recommend James to anyone that is looking to loose weight or just improve physically, it makes you feel so much better. He is there every step of the way giving advice and is very easy to talk to. Thank you so much James!

James has a wealth of experience and knowledge that he meticulously applies to every session. His attention to detail on the physical, mental and dietary requirements of getting into shape really helped me grow in strength. I am currently on my 6th week of my training program with James and would highly recommend him to anyone considering a more focussed and dedicated training program. Like anyone looking for a PT, I was naturally hesitant to take the leap, however now midway through my initial program, I am so glad I did. James offers a bespoke training program to suit your goals and ultimately achieve the results you want. Having been in and out of the gym most of my life, this is the first time I can confidently say that the hard working and dedication I am putting in - with James' guidance - I am now seeing the results I want.
