        Great staff great location. Clean and spacious. 3 people make my delivery life fun... MR MOORE. MR BLAYDEN & JACK.. word ov advise dont deliver after 3.30... Unless ur on the board of expectance.. And ultra nice.

        I just received a product from Trilanco today. It was wrapped in so much plastic it took 15 mins to unwrap and I had to finally cut it free. A huge company like this needs to look at the amount of plastic it is using. This is just one of millions of packages sent out by you. It is not only bad for the environment, but it is also sending the wrong message to people. Please take some responsibility for your actions and help solve this awful plastic problem we have.

        Outstanding customer service. I had to contact the company as I was looking for a replacement charger for some clippers as my goats had eaten it and destroyed it. Contacted the company, to see if they could sell me a replacement charger.......Trilanco sent out a charger FOC and couldnt have been more helpful. Very happy customer and and excellent customer service from Trilanco. Thank you Trilanco.

        Very disappointed, order that was promised next day came two days late , with no apology or explanation. Prices shown on website as offers were charged at normal price. Reluctant to ever deal with this company again.
