Awesome! The AP Personal Training of former Ashby fame moved to a new gym in Measham. You get the same quality, professional one on one fitness training in a personal gym. Tailored to your needs and without loads of big gym bunnies bouncing off the equipment. I've dropped from a 42" waste to 36" (although I like to think I can squeeze in 32" jeans!). Dropped fat, dropped weight but best bit is the increased physical fitness, strength and flexibility - body shape, not body weight. Highly recommended.
