Delivery was scheduled 4 times and then cancelled, each time I did not find out until I called to find out where the door was. The first time was due to a quality issue with the glass but the following 3 were because they didn't have the replacement glass ready. Constantly shifting blame onto suppliers rather than acknowledge they hadn't met standards by not informing us, but really, why would you schedule delivery of a door if you didn't even have the required parts in production? Deeply unprofessional experience, only saving grace is the refund.

I had 2 doors and 2 windows delivered on Saturday morning, 2 weeks earlier than expected. All now fitted with no problems. Thank you Just Doors, excellent service from start to finish.

Extremely disappointing company. Ordered a window and they managed to get the order wrong and sent over the wrong size, I waited 5 weeks lead time for this to happen. Absolutely shambolic! Avoid this company like they plague! Once this issue was highlighted to them and escalated to their management I was horrified to be met with an attitude of couldnt care less, and that's coming from one of their managers. Absolutely awful company and customer experience!
