Poor customer service, went to enquire about a ring resize and was immediately turned down because I was told I'd blame him should it go wrong, this was before I even showed him the ring... he also accused me of buying the wrong size, despite the fact it was vintage and only came in one size. I cannot say about the quality of work, but I found the standoffish manner unhelpful.
