Thanks to Adam and Dan for doing such a wonderful job on my parents fireplace. Very cooperative and courteous to the point of even asking if they can put the radio on . Thanks also to Sean for his involvement, both on survey and during fitting. All three gents are a credit to your company.

Decided we needed a fireplace to finish of my mums house. Visited fireplace by design and were blown away by the number and quality od fireplaces on show. It was comfortable browsing as the sales assistants were not at all pushy, but were really friendly and there if you needed assistance. The fireplace is now fitted and it is the center piece of the room. Absolutely stunning.

I was the first customer of the new year and knew exactly what I wanted. Dealt with Chris in the showroom who was lovely and patient explaining all the different scenarios with my current fireplace and the need for a site survey. Sean came round a couple of days later and checked the existing set up. On the big day of my log fire going in Adam and Duncan came to install for me. I was very happy with the excellent workmanship, care and attention I received from everybody involved. I really like this company its the second fire I have purchased from there for my home. If ever I move again (unlikely) I wouldnt hesitate to got to them again or recommend this company. I liked and appreciated the way they made sure everything stayed clean and tidy while they were working and before they left. They certainly know their trade and make sure you get the best they can give.
