Who ever owns and runs the resteraunt side liken it to a 5 star hotel every time I have had a meal here everything has been perfect the only down side can be a bit draughty due to doors not been closed well done

Went for afternoon tea. Wonderful as always at Beckwith. Food was plentiful and delicious and the staff were lovely . Then had a wander around the shop and garden centre.

Visited today. The food we bought from the deli counter was stale and had to be thrown away. The prices are over inflated and the quality just not up to par. This place is going downhill and just trading on their name now.

Disgrace. Sat here waiting for food for 1hour and 30 minutes. Terrible customer service as they forgot about us
