        This surgery has come on in leaps and bounds after Covid. Before that I was considering leaving the practice. The last few months Ive seen dr. Fiona who is fantastic and yesterday a smashing receptionist 25/11 at 13.15approx, so friendly and helpful. Suzanne the nurse who referred me to Fiona a few months ago (Suzanne is always great) A fantastic team. Thank you

        Joanne is absolutely lovely but the rest of the staff here are incompetent, rude and constantly passing the buck when they mess up, with no apologies or accountability.
