These classes have been great for pregnancy. Ive learned lots of techniques for birth and its provided a time to relax each week. Alice is so welcoming and friendly and offers great advice. Its also great for meeting people and being able to chat about any concerns or tips that people have. I would highly recommend these classes.

I really enjoyed my time at Grow Yoga whilst I was pregnant, it helped with the aches of pregnancy but also gave me space to refocus from the worries of being pregnant and day to day stresses. Alice provides great techniques to use through your birth. In classes we also discussed child birth and how to approach it with a positive mind frame. I found all of this really helped me have a positive birthing experience and Im so glad I went to grow yoga! It was also lovely to be around other pregnant women and share our concerns through pregnancy, it really puts your mind at ease! I highly recommend Alices classes and Im now looking forward to the Mum & Baby yoga this year.

When I was halfway through my pregnancy, I was really looking for a local mother-focussed yoga practise to enable me to slow down, have a weekly routine focussing on my baby and hopefully forming a community of new mums in my area. I've attended (almost) weekly for the last few months of my pregnancy and loved it. Alice is a wonderful teacher who focuses on all of the above. Would recommend highly! I will be following up with the Grow Yoga Mum & Baby when the little one arrives :).

Yoga with Alice has been one of the foundation blocks of my pregnancy and Im so thankful to have found this prenatal class! During times of worry yoga has kept me calm, helped me to stay mobile and taught me techniques that were really important during the birth of my son. Thank you Alice! Ive since spent 12 weeks at mum & baby yoga which has given me a focus in those hazy first weeks and a new community of other mums to call my friends. Lisas flexible split of yoga for mum and massage for baby has been great. We are sad to finish this class!

My son and I have loved this mum and baby class. We have done 2 terms and started when my boy was 5 weeks old. He still got involved in some of the session at that age and now he enjoys all of it. Alice and Lisa made us all feel welcome and at ease if baby didnt want to do anything but feed/ nap or even cry. It was all classed as normal and no one was made to feel embarrassed if we turned up late or had a cranky baby one week. The other mums and babies on the classes are so friendly. The classes were enjoyable and changed each week so you and baby werent doing the same thing week on week. All in all I would completely recommend this class and I am sad that mine and my boys time at mum and baby yoga has come to an end.
