        What a difference a year makes! I started classes with Angela a year ago. I cant believe how much stronger and more flexible I am and more importantly my back and hip pain are a distant memory. Angela gives clear instructions, with options depending on your ability. The classes are varied and every class is different. Thoroughly recommend!

        I recommend Total Pilates run by Angela Armitage for local pilates mat classes (currently running on Zoom). Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Angela is an excellent instructor and can cater for all abilities.

        I've been joining Angela's pilates classes for 5 years now, they are great fun and certainly strengthen your body. Angela always finds new exercises to do so we don't get bored doing the same things all the time. I can thoroughly recommend her classes.
