        Regular lady is v nice . Have been going for years . New younger lady . Very abrupt and rude. Said 10 mins and took 20. Then wanted to charge for ketchup when I had spent 20+ Have always been given at least 2 per meal . What a joke. There's a level of greed to any business. Needs to learn from her elder relative.
