Gordon Road Sub Post Office

I wish I could give no stars as that would truly do it justice. The staff behind the counter have a severe lack of professionalism and customer service, an inanimate object could do a better job. Slow, rude and one of them has the audacity to be on the phone whilst serving customers. Complete waste of time and space, take the trip to the Exchange and use the post office services provided there. Avoid this establishment like the plague!

Most of the time staff in post office ( 2 Ladies) are rude. They need training badly to be able to deal with customers. Please sort it out!

Appalling customer service. My son who is a uni student tried to claim his government energy rebate. The lades at the counter are poorly trained or have very little knowledge of how to process these payments. My son was told to go to another po! Luckily my son received his payment from Barking PO with no problem.

Really poor customer service, rude staff. I received my parcel fully opened, the lady said was the courier fault, I just asked a piece of tape to close as I was pushing a double buggy with kids and fully loaded just not to lose the things inside, she refused to help and provide me with something to close the box, even knowing that was broken by themreally bad , not using their service ever again, the lady apparently called Emma, should have some customer service training.
