Really bad customer service. The tall manager has no manners and is very rude, had to walk out. If you dont care how you are spoken to, than go there. Just check their responses when they get a bad review.

A very dishonourable service falsely advertising low quality carpets. I bought and had my carpet fitted from Eastern Carpets just under a year ago and was assured both verbally and via the labels on the carpet, that all carpets came with a 15 year guarantee. Got the entire house done by them and less than a year later it started showing signs of wear and matting. I have contacted management several times since as it was no cheap investment however I have been repeatedly ignored. They refuse to do anything about it, let alone acknowledging that the carpet isn't up to the quality that I was missold. Never ever purchase any carpets from them, it is a waste of money and they will not last even a year let alone 15 years.

Excellent customer service from the staff and the owner. Went to few places but they were patient with me and no sales pressure from them. They were very friendly and updated me all the time especially during lockdown they were fantastic. Carpet fitters who arrived were professional, friendly and did superb job!
