I cant recommend Lambert and Foster enough. They were the agent for the house we have bought in Mayfield and Gill specifically has gone over and above for us. Following a number of chain breaks from my sale, Gill managed to keep our vendor happy so after 15 months of pure hell, we finally completed on the sale of our dream home in Mayfield. When everything calms down we will enjoy a glass of something bubbly to celebrate. Thank you for all your hard work, we couldn't have done it without you!

Gill was very professional and helpful. The flowers she delivered a couple of days after we moved in was a thoughtful touch, along with the offer of any local knowledge should we require it. Thanks Gill!

Lambert and Foster were such great agents to buy through, Gill in particular really helped and made the whole process so much easier. They helped us secure our dream home and we are really thankful for how great Gill was.

Simply outstanding! We have recently sold our property with Gill at the Mayfield branch who was fabulous from our initial contact through to completion, offering great advice & support throughout (start to finish in about 3 months!) I'm a big advocate of the benefits of the digital world but we decided against advertising through one of the online property agencies & we are so glad we did. The service from Lambert & Foster was worth every penny & saved me dusting off my stilettos! Gill made managing communications & viewings far less stressful & more professional. Although not the cheapest of the local estate agents they made up for it by being knowledgeable & enthusiastic.
