They don't reply , if the property goes to someone else they never tell you , they just stop communication, when the house was shwom the agent was all the time om the phone, kind of rude , never replied , noone answers the phone even in the office

Disgustingly unprofessional! Yesterday, I was contacted for a same-day viewing via phone and got a confirmation text message, but was not given any information on what flat it was. During my journey I experienced some delays and tried to contact the agent only to have my call declined. I called twice as well as texted twice with no response. When arriving, I called both flats, only to have one tenant come down and inform me he was unaware of any viewing today. I called the business yesterday, with an option to leave a message or press * to contact the operator, and tried three times to contact an operator with the same message (leave a message and press #, or press * to contact an operator) playing after pressing *. I tried calling the agent again today to have my call declined again as well as calling this business with the same operator message playing. When trying to access the listing online, it was unavailable. There was no communication about updates to or removal of the listing. Overall I am severely disappointed by how unprofessional this business is and advise anyone to look elsewhere for estate agents.
