        In March, we agreed on a mid-may starting date for a conversion work and I sent the plan. With only about three weeks before the starting date when I called yesterday, they surprisingly said I didn't confirm about the work and now they have taken up another work. Not very honest and reliable as I checked the conversion history that I definitely confirmed and sent the conversion planning and even asking about the detail of floor heating. Very disappointed as this cause me a lot of troubles because of the tight timeline
