Great experience with this company Used them for a loft conversion and another application for side extension with hip to gable Communication from Dilnashin has been really professional Both application granted without any issues Will definitely use them again for future projects

Naz and the team was great, did 3 different applications, one which was very difficult and strenuous, but they kept at it and finally got it approved Defo recommended, my go to company for planning application now

Being a builder myself, I wanted to get the most possible space from my house. I had used Rapid plans previously for another project and was impressed by their quality of plans and responsive customer service, I asked them about what could be done. After having my site promptly surveyed by Javed, the project was passed onto Nash at which point the plans were discussed with me and all of my requirements were fulfilled in the plans. Rapid Plans designed a proposal for me using their in-depth knowledge, where they responded clearly to all of my queries. Even though it was a difficult proposal, and my neighbour objected to my work, the plans were approved first time, with even more space than I had originally aimed for thanks to their vast experience with the councils guidelines. I highly recommend Rapid Plans if you need an experienced architect for a reasonable price.

I find it very hard to believe that the reviews on here are genuine. We initially decided to go with Rapid plans because of the Google reviews. All was good until they took our money. The designs were estimates and not fully accurate which caused us a lot of problems with both our builders and Thames water. Dilnashin who was the person we were in contact with is very unprofessional and has no customer service training, even hung up the phone on me twice and refused to speak with me and ignored my phone calls. Once we got in contact with Javid he was easy going and very knowledgeable and was supportive but again very difficult to get him on the phone. I met two other individuals (sent over by our builder for them to see his work hes done at our house) and both used Rapid Plans and did not have positive feedback at all, especially about Dilnashin. Anyways, Im not one to write reviews but this one was worth highlighting as it was not a great experience at all.

Professional Service and most importantly accurate with their advice. So I have had 3 projects done by Rapid Plans so far and all successful and the best thing was that Nash and Javed both were there every time I had a query from the planning department. Thank you for working as a team with me and will definitely be calling on you for the next project. Jay
