        Fabulous fishery, the lakes are beautiful, my husband caught a trout on his first cast, so hes hooked on fishing at Lakedown now! They also have a great tap room on site, with pop up events and lovely friendly staff.

        I fish here regularly and it's the best Fishery by far , with four well stocked lakes and a friendly welcome from Jamie and Ted it's a great day fishing . The four beautiful lakes are well maintained with plenty of swims to choose from. The lakes are stocked with rainbows and browns of excellent quality with plenty of 3lb plus fish . I find it fishes really well all year round , personally I move from lake to lake and cover a lot of swims until I find the fish and have only rarely blanked in the hot summer months. Last note don't tackle up to light there are some big fish in each lake !
