Barking Sporthouse and Gym

Poor communication between staff members & unreliable service. There was a huge blunder from the organisation's side when it came to the bookings. Had my Poor kids waiting for an hour or so before the issue had been rectified and they were allowed inside... Even then, a lot of time had been wasted where the kids had only about 1/3 of playing time. Will be going to Flip Out next time!

Outdated gym equiptment, poor staff and management and a really dirty facility. The machines and equipment here are old and need replacing, conidering you pay around 30 a month, you'd expect a decent service but it isn't even half that. Broken machines take weeks, sometimes even several months to be replaced. Staff were just useless, they use the benches as a place to store their stuff, never clean the gym up when it is a mess (i know this as I have come numerous times at half 6 in the morning to see the place a mess and things not put back properly). It makes you wonder why I am paying these people. They seriously need to get a grip and sort it out, management are an absolute embarassment and god knows who put them there.
