My clothes werent dry after spending 5 to dry my clothes in one of the dryers, I asked the lady to have a look and explained that maybe this specific dryer was faulty. She was extremely rude and unhelpful, said I left the door open so its my fault and didnt give me a pleasant experience using this laundrette. I have returned home with damp clothes!
