Sent a laptop back after 3 days as this was getting way to hot & would only hold charge for 30-40 minutes. Leaving red welts on my lap after use from the heat coming off it & charger cable plastic worn. Also keys stuck and left click workings only intermittently. I was also unable to edit any 'admin' rights, such as change login name or permissions? Cost me 40 to send back, then told if I wanted it back I would have to pay 10 return fee. Asked for refund and had a further 30 deducted as a 'test' fee. They refused to admit that anything was wrong with it. Avoid!- Not a good company to deal with.

Bought several computers and recommended this company to others too who have also bought computers; I have always had excellent service and support with excellent warranties.... way better that the big high street seller who always add on loads of unnecessary extras.

I bought a product from this company, for 500+ it was faulty and didnt work as I wanted it too, I contacted them time after time asking for a refund or a swap, and there was no answer...
