        Been going to LSK for just over 6 months now. Luke and Sam are really good instructors and the whole group are very friendly. Very enjoyable and easy to go at your own pace with plenty of encouragement. Would recommend LSK to family and friends with no problems at all.

        Fun and fitness all rolled into one in a fun and friendly family orientated environment. Instructors worked well with everyone of all ages passing on there skill and knowledge.

        My 2 children myself and husband all attended lsk.. on various nights of the week and I do circuits on Sunday mornings. Every one works to there own ability with no pressure.... both luke and sam are amazing instructors and make each session fun. Kickboxing has changed our life for the better and would definitely recommend to come and see for your self.
