Don and I met through a mutual friend some years ago. Our paths then crossed on numerous occasions at various fitness/martial arts events and now Don can't get rid of me!!! I often seek Don's advice on nutrition and training as I have every confidence in his knowledge and trust him to tell me the truth. I have been coming to see Don Gordon for weight loss and improve my stamina. As i enjoy running every other day. Don has helped me through all the nutritional aspects that i need, all the exercises and stretches to keep me running for longer. Don Gordon has made me realized how important nutrition and training is and to get it right. I would like to thank you Don for being so patient with me, understanding my needs and getting me to where i wanted to be.

Don is an exceptional personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable and will tailor make all his training sessions to meet your needs. The equipment available at the wellness centre gym is great, I especially love the TRX suspension system. Don is very encouraging and always knows when to push enough. I recommend anybody who needs a little motivational support to take advantage of Don's great value plans and his excellent experience!
