Made mistakes with paperwork, was very difficult about their mistake and correcting it , they did it in the end but unfortunately this is an uncomfortable environment and some staff are overpowering and want you to spend a small fortune that's why they have big windows they see you coming also insulted specsavers to me personally that was awkward and charged me 20 to just make an appointment over phone , they also have a lock on the door it's a buzz in system I did think this was strange. over priced and awkward staff

A brilliant experience from start to finish. I have fuchs dystrophy which means I'm not the easiest patient. Stan did my eye test and couldn't have been more thorough, he also gave me a better understanding of my condition Then Dave helped me get the best lenses he was honest and helpful. He also made sure they fitted perfectly, as well as making my old wonky and battered pair look brand new. Would highly recommend, customer service second to none.

Should of had my eyes tested every year because of my diabetes but since the virus they havent called me up in two years .its longer than November 2020 I last time went to there because of virus it must be longer
