I have just had excellent hypnotherapy sessions with Jamie. Ive been struggling with weight management and confidence. Now loosing weight following a Gastric Band hypnosis and one for eradicating snacking. Loved it. Give Jamie a ring.. you ll not regret it!

Recently visited Jamie, had a few problems going on in my life that I had been burying for a long time, with Jamies help she turned something that I thought was the biggest thing in the world into a drop in the ocean.....cant thank you enough, highly recommend her....

Jamie was absolutely amazing and managed to fit my daughter in very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and she even came out in an emergency when my daughter was having a breakdown to calm her. After 2 sessions and 8 whole months of a sever mental block my daughters confidence returned and her anxiety had drastically improved. She was very understanding and learned as much as she could about the struggles my daughter was facing to ensure the hypnotherapy sessions were successful. I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie to others.

Jamie was amazing! She helped me cure an addiction of mine I had for 16 years in just 1 hypnotherapy session. I was amazed with the effects and how supportive she was after the session checking up on me. I would recommend anybody to the clinic
