Nice people to help buy, let or sell a property

We sold our home after putting it on the market with Hunters Collier Row in four days. Alex the branch manager could not have been more helpful. There was always a member of Hunters staff at every viewing and they treated our home with respect and were highly professional. I can not fault Hunters of Collier Row and would recommend them to any potential sellers. They say selling your home is very stressful, our sale was stress free. Thank you Hunters but a massive thank you to Alex, a credit to Hunters and the Estate Agency industry.

Hunters were not my estate agents but they were the agents for the property I was purchasing. I cannot fault a single aspect, Alex the managing partner provided a flawless customer service and managed expectation and delivered on each aspect in great detail. He managed to get us moved safely just before the COVID 19 lockdown. Unprofessional agent, organised an open house viewing in the midst of a second wave of cov-19, which descended into a chaotic zoo. No social distancing, no keeping to time, no organising of queues, insufficient staggering of timeslots, no hand sanitiser, I could go on. To top it all no follow up to obtain feedback or establish whether I wanted to make an offer, which to be honest I was grateful for because I wouldn't want to have to deal with these cowboys.
