I got referred to Hairs and Gracies by a neighbourhood chat and they where completely right! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two kind and happy to see you women. I went in for a whole hair dye but came out with all over highlights and a wash and blow dry. My hair looks better than it has in years and they know what their talking about and are willing to be flexible to do your hair and what you want.
