Clean 2 Impress

I cannot recommend this business. For the first (and last) time I used Clean 2 Impress instead of my usual cleaners. I took a pair of good quality lined made to measure curtains for dry cleaning (as per makers instructions) to this business last week. The guy in the cleaners said that yes he could do them and he would take off the little sliding curtain hooks that I had forgotten to remove. It cost 80 for the pair. When collecting the curtains he gave me the plastic hooks and two plastic strips (see photo) that he "found In the bag we brought the curtains in". At home I took the curtains out of the cleaners bag and discovered that the curtain had been cleaned but not pressed as dry cleaners would usually do. Worse still the plastic strips that the cleaner had "found" had been ripped out of 2 of the pinch pleats on one of the curtains, they also hold the curtain hooks. I can only guess that he left 2 the hooks on as 2 were missing and must have caught in the cleaning drum. I did not take them back to Clean 2 Impress as he had done enough damage and managed to find another business that can repair the curtains for 20 and are going to press them for free! As for the missing hooks the curtain maker is going to send me some. Service: Drapery & window cover cleaning

I recently got my curtains dry cleaned and what a fabulous job these guys did! My curtains were very delicate and they not only took a lot of care handling them but also packaged them so professionally, when I opened them they had zero creases. They smelt absolutely fresh and looked brand new, all the stains had been effectively removed. I was so pleased with the professional service I received and really admire how much care was taken for such a delicate item. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again . Great service! They collected and promptly returned my item. Really helpful as I wasn't physically able to drop off item myself. Fully recommend
