From friends at other surgeries who struggle to get an appointment I find this one which I have been a patient for over 40 years very good they answer the phone and I always get an appointment either face to face or telephone although sometimes the wait is about 2-4weeks but that seems to be the norm nowadays, however if it's an emergency and you phone at 8am you can get an appointment either that day the next or at another surgery after hours. Receptionists usually friendly and helpful.

Very strage staff, it takes a month to get an appointment, they shouldn't be running this when they dont have a doctors, waste of time and patients has to suffer

Receptionist that don't know what they are doing (please come back Linda ). A practise manager who is rude and unhelpful. You have to tell a medically untrained receptionist what you need to see the Dr about and then the receptionist decides do you get to see the Dr or speak on the phone. Would have given NO stars if it had been possible.

Worst reception staff I have ever had in my 72 years of life. Rude and unhelpful. Definitely need attitude adjustment and customer care training on how to speak to people.
