        Took my partners ps4 into this place to get the hdmi port replaced. The man said it would be a couple of days. This was a Thursday. I ring him on the Monday he said it was still away for repair. On Friday I went in there and he said he tried to call me on Wednesday. I showed him my call log and had no missed calls. I collected the ps4 and had to literally beg for a receipt. I showed the ps4 to my partner and he said there was some brown liquid in the port that was replaced. I have taken it to another shop to look at as I didnt want to plug it in with this brown liquid in it. I have not taken it back to geek den as I no longer trust them.

        I was suddenly and unexpectedly locked out of my laptop by the creepy little geek whose settings updates screw up so many computers. (Who also wants to depopulate the world!) Was in sheer panic. Rang Geek Den. Andrew literally helped me in 2 minutes flat! Got me straight back in. Saved my weekend. Utter Super Hero! ThanQ Andrew. xxx Now I can get on and see what Elon etc are discussing re Q The Plan To Save The World! NCSWIC.
