I come into this shop loads staff are lovely and the prices are decent. every item that i have purchased from here has always been great quality. Staff go out there way to help you and make you feel welcome inside the shop They have a range quality items from clothing to books to bricka brac etc. There is always one young girl in there that is so lovely and smiles all the time and is a nice sight to see when going in a charity shop I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who likes to have a rummage. So many good things to say please visit and see for yourself 5 stars all round amazing shop and amazing staff

Oh my shambles U walk in and get greeted by a black chalkboard sighn saying no donations and that makes your heart sink.. And this sighn is always out I understand your a small shop but you have bays don't you... stock is never really hardly changed stock is of a poor qauilty and not enough choice stock displays up high so what you can't by that stuff Overpriced on many items very expensive for a charity shop. Staff on till are always grumpy on there phones or talking loudly gossiping about stuff to one another... I volunteer at a local charity shop and if I did that and didn't smile I wouldent be serving customers and making money in excess of 1000s a week Very untidy store very cluttered and very smelly too very down hill and poor... And the window display is really bad you are either doing a homeware window or a halloween window ? Grumpy staff cluttered store And if your lucky if they are open as they are closed more than they are open... Very rude volunteers and staff to boot Poor qauilty

I visited the store on Saturday 11 April 2019 to donate a large bag of clothing, taking time out of my day and leaving my 3 month old baby with his father so I could pop out to donate. Despite attending the store at 4:45pm (advertises that it closes at 5), the store was closed. I knocked several times and no one came to the door. Wrote to head office and the area manager investigated. Apparently they were counting cash in the back and couldn't answer (why not come to the door and tell me that through the door as its not soundproof?). This is a poor excuse and probably false. Should have been done after store closed. Suspect the staff wanted to get off early. Won't bother donating in future as they clearly have no sense of customer service.
