The Surf Club Cornwall

Our family lesson was fantastic. Nick is super patient, easy going and a great teacher. My two kids (aged 7 and 9) who had never surfed before had the most amazing time and I knew they were in safe hands the whole lesson. I would 100% book again if we visit Cornwall on holiday in the future!

I highly recommend the Surf Club Cornwall for a surf lesson. My girlfriend and I had a two hour private lesson which was awesome. Having spoken to Nick over the phone he set us up with his instructor Pete (who really knew his stuff) and we had a super informative and enjoyable lesson. As enthusiastic beginners we wanted to improve our confidence in the water and also our skills so we could go out back and begin to catch green waves. Thanks to the Surf Club Cornwall we were doing both in no time! We thought it was great value and would highly recommend a lesson with them. We're already planning a return visit!!

This surf school came highly recommended from a friend who grew up in the area and we cannot wax lyrical enough. Ive never surfed before and have an ACL injury so was quite trepidatious to get on a board but holy moly, the instructors were incredible and so reassuring!!!! Honestly felt super safe and well taken care of with the best guidance, support, top notch equipment you could ask for. Felt really comfortable and joyous getting up on the board and riding my first waves. We had an amazing private lesson, which meant we were personally coached with lots of nuanced tips and tricks. Nick was a delight to speak with and Pete was such a fun instructor, full of great individualised advice and a keen sense of the waves themselves. Cant wait for our next visit, Lucy and Norah

5 stars definitely! We had amazing experience with Nick at the Surf school! Booked last minute for myself and two 15 yr old girls on Easter holiday. Never had experience of surfing before and were worried it was going to be too cold/dangerous/not able to do it but Nick assured and made it comfortable to start. Nick gave us suits and surfing boards which were in perfect condition, weve done warm ups and some practice on the ground in the beginning. While in the water Nick watched us closely and gave us feed back on what to watch for and tips to improve. I caught many waves and had amazing feeling of water and my daughter managed to stand up on the surfing board which is incredible result for first lesson ever. 100% recommend the school and Nick as surfing instructor
