The Yoga Collaboration

I can thoroughly recommend the 'Navigating your Menopause'workshop hosted at The Yoga Collaboration. The venue is gorgeous - so calm and restorative. The session on Yoga for the Menopause was very useful both for now and the future and I learnt ways to support my body and to look after myself. The session on Lifestyle and Nutrition was very informative and I now have lots of strategies to cope and improve my well being. The attention to detail at the studio, from the ambiance down to the snacks and goodie bag meant that I felt that the whole event was a real treat to participate in. Thank you to Kim for hosting and to Sharron for the yoga and Karen @onesimplething for the health advice. I look forward to hearing about other workshops and events in the future.

I am recovering from chemotherapy and started classes for Yoga and Pilates at the studio before lockdown! When the studio had to close due to Covid I was gutted but thankfully classes continued online! I have participated in yoga for beginners, yoga to nourish, yoga to energise , yin yoga and Pilates sculpt and tone! I absolutely LOVE all the classes!!!! The instructors are amazing! It has all been massive for my recovery - both physically and mentally! The guided meditation is fantastic! I am so much more calmer and positive ! I love it all!! I absolutely highly recommend!! Thank you Yoga Collaboration!!
