Prime Time watch repairs are true professionals from the initial assessment to the skillful work carried out by Steve and the team. My 1980's Tag has had some punishment over the years. When it finally stopped working 20 plus years ago it was left for dead. Steve managed an amazing restoration job on it and has made it look amazing! I cannot recommend Prime Time watch repair highly enough. There are a couple of new projects coming your way!

Following the end of a long relationship with my previous servicing person I have looked quite carefully at who could be a future partner. I visited Steve and Mike with a couple of jobs I knew could be awkward including a Doxa Sharkhunter that I had been told had a movement beyond repair... To cut to the chase - delighted! Excellent work and outstanding communication. Both jobs completed to time with (much shorter than I could reasonably expect) with flawless performance of both movements. Also very informed and honest discussion of another couple of pieces of work that need doing on additional watches. I will certainly be using Prime Time again. Highly recommended. In addition - Steve and Mike are a great couple of blokes; and you can get a cup of tea downstairs..... What more could you want?
