Despite having good products which is what we enjoyed for over a year, I must say that their customer service is terrible. I called to request a copy of our balance stating that they had processed a refund and the lady on the phone took it as if I was doubting her having done it. She spoke to me with a horrible tone basically laughing at me for exercising my right to request that information. Due to this terrible way of treating customers, I decided to stop having products delivered by Rowlands. The lady on the phone made me understand that it was a lot of work for her to send me this balance and she ridiculed the fact that I requested this. Even when I said Ive decided to cancel my account with them, she didnt seem too bothered by this and basically let a customer go for her laziness of doing her job. I guess they have plenty of customers to even think on treating one of them in a correct way. Please teach your receptionist to be kind and helpful to customers every time the have a request. On previous times shes been fine but that day she suffered from such a lack of education that it just made a customer walk away. At the very end, she sent me our balances via email after I spoke to a Miss Rowlands on the phone. I wish the phone call would have been recorded.
