        St. Peters Church, Mawdesley, held a beautiful funeral service on Friday 30th April 2021 for my husband, Christopher John Lyon. David Reynolds truly lifted our hearts with loving praise for Chris and helped us all cope with our grief. I will always be grateful to him and thank him whole - heartedly for his kindness and support. Michael Woods's softly spoken tones soothed all who listened, and Mr. David Massam sang with the voice of an angel, before Christopher was laid to rest. Many thanks to you all. Mrs. Marianne Lyon.
