The Cake Pavilion

What can I say! Other than Wow! Suzie is so so talented. Suzie was recommended to us and we first saw her at a wedding fayre. Since then we went upto her house where she has her own little baking kitchen, I didnt realise at all the amount of detail that can go into one cake. She gave us samples to choose from and it hard because they all tested gorgeous. In the end we went for a 3 tier iced cake, one vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and butter cream, lemon and chocolate. From consultation to the day Suzie was so helpful and went into so much detail with us planning our perfect cake, even when we had to postpone our wedding she went out of her way and posted some cake to us in our chosen flavours as a way to say shes thinking of us. On the day we were absolutely blown away with how beautiful it looked she had captured our vision perfectly it tasted as good as it looked. It wasnt dry one bit as Suzie adds extra flavouring to the sponge and when we took it home the day after I really couldnt stop eating it. Its now been in our freezer for a couple of months and it still tastes as good as on the wedding day. Im so looking forward to getting our photos and videos back as we have saved some cake so we can sit down and reminisce on our wedding day with a piece of cake. Suzie thank you so much!! You are so special at what you do and I couldnt recommend you enough. Can we just re do the wedding again please?? xxxx

Wow! Wow! a massive thank you Suzie for our fabulous wedding cake. It was absolutely amazing wed never seen a cake like it. The attention to detail on everything was out of this world. Our figurines were just like us. You are a very talented lady. The panels on the cake were exactly the same as Knowsley Hall. We loved every part of our beautiful cake. We had 4 tiers and everyone tasted delicious. Our cake was a show piece at our wedding. All our guests commented on how fabulous it was. We are made up we can keep our figurines forever.

Suzie made our wedding cake on 25th June 2021. Right from the start she has been responsive, friendly and professional. Her cake was absolutely beautiful, and tasted amazing! Every single guest commented on how perfect the cake was. As part of our cake Suzie made a topper for us that we can keep forever. She added extreme detail of my dress, jewellery, makeup, hair and every other little detail. She also added my 2 cats on and I was amazed to see she even noticed the little white patch on one of my cats which is the only way to really tell them apart!! I would 110% recommend Suzie for your cake! I cant thank her enough for all her hard work and effort!

Suzie made our wedding cake and it was more than we ever could have imagined! She managed to turn my very vague and random description in to a better version of the cake I had in mind. We had so many people comment on it, and the comments only increased when they tasted it. Thank you so much Suzie!

Suzie made our beautiful two tiered wedding cake in August. We chose lemon for the bottom and cherry bakewell for the top tier and they were delicious!! It was so popular that there wasn't a piece left!! We had to postpone the Wedding three times but Suzie was always very accommodating. Huge thank you! We'll now need to host another event just to order your cake!
