        The process of concept design to planning submission has been seamless with Tye Architects. Nicolas Tye has vast knowledge and this was evident through the design stage. In summary, what could have been a stressful experience seemed very straightforward - only possible with an architect with significant experience. We would highly recommend Tye Architects and Nicolas was a pleasure to work with. Caroline & Tony, Little Baddow, Essex.

        Nicolas Tye is an exceptional architect. He interpreted the brief we gave him and patiently worked with us through many iterations, guiding and advising every step of the way. The resulting design excelled our expectations and we cant wait to bring it to life. I would highly recommend Tye architects if you are looking to build something a little different from the rest.

        Nicolas was very patient and supportive in helping me bring my ideas to life and happy to work through multiple iterations of the design with me. He then efficiently managed the planning application process to get the approval first time with no revisions.

        Having spoken with a number of architects I found it difficult to find a company that understood my dream. However, after my initial meeting with Nicholas Tye I had full confidence his firm would translate the ideas I had in my head onto paper. Taz became my case handler, a well spoken gentleman that gave me good advice, helped me with quotes from arboriculturalist and pointed me in the right direction when developing my plans. He designed the house how I wanted and advised me on potential issues when I tried to do things that where the council would have a problem. Taz generated a very attractive planning support document, he successfully negotiated between myself, the planning officer and my objecting neighbours. Luckily the council favoured our objective, to create an economical piece of architecture. I have nothing but good words to say about this firm. Regards Nick
