The only reason that this review is 5 stars is because there isn't an option for 10 stars!! As first time buyers myself and my other half didn't know anything about the process of buying a house. Justin explained everything in terms that we could understand and made us feel like nothing we asked was too much trouble to answer or indeed to explain again. We had a very short space of time to reach completion, Justin and the team worked so efficiently to get the job done and find a good deal. This organisation is made up of people who genuinly get a kick out of customer service. Thank you so much for helping us.

We have just completed on our 2nd mortgage arranged by Justin. We wouldnt consider going to anyone else as JF Financial Associates are friendly, professional and determined to find the best mortgage for our ever evolving needs. Justin is able to explain the whole process in an understandable way, making sure you are fully aware the next stage of the process. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
