Martin was very easy to deal with and honest. He talked me through the car over the phone and then collected me from the train station in the car so I could have a good look round and test drive it. I felt like I had plenty of time to inspect it (and it was just as advertised). I purchased the car and am very happy with it. At one point a warning light did come on, and I contacted Martin who replied quickly and was more than happy to help. I got the car seen to at my local garage - it couldnt have been less hassle. Overall a very good experience with Bassetlaw Automotive and I would recommend them to anyone on the hunt for a car.

I had been searching for a Jaguar F Pace for a number of months and finally found the one at Bassetlaw Automotive. I had a great experience buying a car from Bassetlaw Motors. From start to finish Martin was friendly, open, honest and even delivered the car to my home (60 miles away). It had a 3 month warranty and when there was an issue with door locking in this time, this was sorted without fuss. I could not recommend this small car dealership more. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Purchased an Alfa Romeo through Martin, I can honestly say Ive never had such a pleasant and easy service. Martin kept me updated the entire time, viewed the car on Saturday and by Tuesday it was ready to collect with not a single fault, Martin ensured the car was perfect ready for collection. This was such an amazing, exciting experience from start to finish and I know for future reference where to sell my old cars (I was given a fantastic PX price) and where to buy new and recommend to other people - Thank you so much Martin, you have been simply amazing and I am absolutely over the moon with my new car, thanks again! Hopefully Ill be back in the future!
