        Hour & 5 mins on phone to be told no appointment until 23rd may a month away ! They recommend that I go to minor unit walk in centre ! Disgusting! Explain I been on antibiotics for a week the doctor told me to ring back if there not working

        This doctors is the worse one i have ever been to! You can never get through, the receptionists are extremely rude and act like they have a medical degree. Avoid and go down the rod instead or use a chemist as its alot quicker Edit - 5 Years on, just as bad, place needs to be overhauled!

        I have been caller number one for 58 minutes now the last time I called on the dot when they opened I was on the phone for 3 hours waiting they just waste your day ring them

        Terrible surgery always on hold for an hour you can never get an appointment the receptionists couldn't get a job in McDonald's as there that useless. On hold for an hour and twenty minutes today honestly useless
