        Driver was hurried and rude to lone female passenger. He turned up 15 mins early and made it my problem. Dispatcher stated times and I adhered. Misogyny is not dead in Matlock. Did not help and harassed me because he was late for job following. Welcome to self employment sunshine

        Cross Dales Taxis were amazing! We used them for multiple trips across an entire weekend, and they were great communicators and always on time. One of the best taxi services Ive ever used!

        Taxi Matlock to Manchester Airport and early morning return journey. Prompt on the outward journey but did not appear at Arrivals gate on return journey. As there is no phone reception at the gate it took a long and frustrating time to find that he was in the car park. Next time I will make my expectation clear. But that was NOT what we needed after a red-eye flight. Good vehicle and well driven. Would recommend them and intend to use again. Service: Limousines
