        What a most relaxing experience. I have never tried reflexology before but I definitely will be booking more sessions with Ruth- very kind and put me at ease straight away.

        I had the most lovely experience at Lotus Reflexology Ruth was utterly professional and the whole experience was totally relaxing in a beautiful zen shed. Im not someone who relaxes easily but I came away feeling a lot better for it. Highly recommend if youre near Matlock

        Ruth was so warm and welcoming. Her garden treatment area lovely and she makes you so snuggly and warm with pillows and blankets. My face and feet reflexology was so relaxing that I kept nodding off! I have had reflexology at Daylesford Bamford spa and Ruth was much better! Will definitely be visiting again.

        Ruth is amazing at her job. I have had reflexology for many years and due to the nature of my work I often travel and whilst I was working near Matlock I was able to be treated by Ruth. I have never felt better. I would arrive stressed and tired and leave feeling on cloud nine. It was very soothing and grounding and helped me with my energy levels and hormones. If you havent had reflexology I would really recommend Ruth, she has magic hands. Im so sad I live over 300miles away but I will always go see her when I work nearby! Thanks so much Ruth xx
